2012 Kentucky Recruiting Video

After UK pulled in the number one recruiting class in 2011, it seemed the Wildcats were off to a slow start in 2012 recruiting. Kentucky rallied and ended up with a great 2012 class which includes Alex Poythress, Willie Cauley, and Archie Goodwin. Check out next year’s class in the video above which features all three playing in events this spring and summer.

Nerlens Noel & Tilton Show Out For Calipari

Nerlens Noel and his Tilton teammates didn’t seem at all nervous about performing in front of Kentucky Coach John Calipari, who had a front row seat for their game against Kiski Prep on Sunday evening. The National Prep Showcase was an absolutely stacked event, but no team put on a show like Tilton. Not short on style or substance, Tilton’s high paced game led to turnovers and highlight reel dunks. Calipari tweeted after the game that he had a headache and I’m sure many opposing coaches will echo that sentiment after playing Tilton this season.

Andre Drummond’s Final High School Basketball Event

Andre Drummond showed why he was considered the top prospect in the class of 2012 before he decided to leave early for Connecticut. He dominated the top competition from around the world at the 2011 Adidas Nations event in LA. Drummond has amazing athleticism for a player his size. Having Drummond in the college ranks will only make the upcoming NCAA season that much more interesting.
